Fiber Cement

Fiber cement siding is extremely versatile. Benefits include durability, non-flammability, water-resistance and termite-resistance. It’s a bit more expensive than vinyl or wood but typically comes with a solid warranty. Price ranges vary from $2 to $8 per square foot depending on installation.
